Saint Andrew Catholic School has an educational program that meets both the requirements of the South Carolina State Department of Education and theĀ curriculumĀ set by the Diocese of Charleston. Strong emphasis is placed on the basic skills of reading, writing, language, math, science, and social studies. In addition, the school offers programs of music, art, physical education, library science, and computers.

Spanish is taught to all students.

Students who meet the requirements in grade 8 are offered high school credit in Algebra I Honors, Spanish I, English I Honors and Keyboarding.

Students in grades 7 and 8 are required to perform at least ten hours of service at school, the church, or a community agency. Opportunities will be available during the school day, after school, and on weekends for earning these service hours.
